CPD Module in Climbing Trees and Aerial Rescue (C&G NPTC) 0041-03

This CPD module delivered by a City & Guilds NPTC approved assessor is for qualified climbers who already hold the Level 2 Certificate of Competence in Tree Climbing and Aerial Rescue.  Under the Provision and Use of Work Equipment Regulations 1998 (PUWER), operators are required to undertake refresher training every 3 to 5 years, and this module provides a structured, industry‑recognised way to meet that requirement.

Two-days CPD for infrequent climbers focusing on the practical skills needed to comply with current legislation, industry technical standards and best practice.  Candidates will complete a series of scored skills tests, each with a minimum pass mark required to successfully complete the module.  Constructive feedback will be provided on performance, along with recommendations for further development where appropriate.
