Course Overview:
This three‑day integrated training and assessment programme is designed for operators with some prior experience of using an excavator within the land‑based industries. Novice operators may require additional training before attending.
Our instructors can deliver training across a range of machine types, including 180° and 360° excavators, wheeled or tracked models, and machines below 5 tonnes or above 10 tonnes, depending on workplace requirements. Topics covered include: Plant safety, legislation and operator responsibilities, Machine knowledge, controls and preparation for work, Safe and efficient machine operation, Travelling, positioning and manoeuvring the excavator, Industry best practice and safe‑working techniques.
Location:
Training will take place at your premises using your own equipment.

Cost:
Bookings for up to 2 candidates £1,500 + £300 vat = £1,800 (location may be subject to a mileage charge)
