How Is PA6 Different to PA1?

PA1 is the foundation module for pesticide application. It is a required certificate of competence for any level of pesticide use in the UK and is needed to continue on to all the further pesticide application modules. Within PA1 you will learn the safe handling of pesticides and will legally be allowed to apply them in a professional setting.

PA6 is a follow-on module that covers safe pesticide application through the use of a knapsack and/or lance to land. It is suitable for those working in forestry, agriculture, horticulture or green-keeping where spraying pesticide is required.
