Course Overview
This 3 day integrated training and assessment programme is for operators with some experience of using an excavator as part of their work in the land based industries. Novice operators will require further training.
Our instructors can train on a variety of machines; 180o or 360o, wheeled or tracked, below 5 tonnes and above 10 tonnes.
Topics covered include plant safety and the law, machine knowledge and preparation for work, machine operation, travelling and manoeuvring the machine.
